What this site is
PTE Exam Prep is a free website for people preparing for PTE Academic, PTE Core and the UKVI version of the test. It brings together three things: practice for every PTE task type, score tools such as a score chart and converters, and guides on fees, test dates, results and the English-test scores that visas and universities ask for.
Who it is for
Test-takers and would-be test-takers, especially students and skilled migrants planning study or visas in Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the UK and other countries that accept PTE. It is written for readers in India, Nepal, Pakistan, Bangladesh, the Philippines and elsewhere who want clear, current answers without paying for a question bank first.
Who writes it
Pages are written and maintained by the pteexamprep editorial team. We do not present individual authors or reviewers, because we would rather be plain about that than invent credentials. What you can check instead is the evidence: each guide lists the official sources it was checked against and the date it was checked, and our methodology and editorial policy explain how we work and how we fix mistakes.

PTE Exam Prep is an independent resource. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Pearson. PTE and Pearson are trademarks of Pearson, and we use those names only to describe the test. Our practice questions are written from scratch; they are not real exam questions and they are not predictions of what you will see. Where you need the final word on a fee, a score or a rule, go to Pearson or to the relevant government or university page, which we link from each guide.
What our practice scores mean
Practice results on this site are estimates for learning, not official PTE scores, and we do not claim to replicate Pearson's scoring. The methodology page explains what is and is not measured.

The site is free to use and has no accounts. We do not sell placement in our content; see the editorial policy.
