Reaching the editorial team
This site does not yet publish a contact address, and we would rather say so than point you to an inbox that does not exist. Until one is listed here, the way to check any fact is to open the official source linked at the bottom of the page and compare the figure and its “checked” date with what Pearson or the relevant government shows today. If they differ, trust the official page.
What to send us
- A correction: the page address, what is wrong, and the official page that shows the right answer. We fix confirmed errors and update the page date, as described in the corrections policy.
- A privacy request: see the privacy policy. We keep no accounts and no practice data on our servers, so there is usually nothing to access or delete on our side.
- A broken page or bug: tell us the page, your browser and device, and what you expected.
What we cannot help with
We are not Pearson and cannot see or change anyone's booking, result, score report or rescore. For those, use your account on the official PTE website or its help centre. We also cannot give visa or immigration advice; check the relevant government immigration site, or a registered migration or education adviser, for your case. We do not supply exam questions or answers, and we do not review or comment on questions said to be real or leaked.
