What to practise for U of T
Every skill carries the same highest minimum on this page: 60, set by the Bachelor's row. No single skill stands out, so start with your lowest skill score on your latest score report.
Which PTE test, and how long a score lasts
| PTE Academic | Accepted |
|---|---|
| PTE Academic UKVI | Accepted |
| PTE Core | Not stated on the pages we checked |
Only the undergraduate admissions page (future.utoronto.ca) was read. It lists PTE Academic and says PTE Academic UKVI sittings are accepted. It does not mention PTE Core or a PTE Academic Online variant. Graduate (masters/PhD) and professional programmes set their own requirements on separate pages that were not read, so no postgraduate rows are recorded.
Pearson's own rules on validity are in our PTE score validity guide. Compare tests in PTE Academic vs Core vs UKVI.
